A morning brief
One short brief each morning: what needs a reply, what you promised and when, and which conversations have gone quiet.
Assistant
Assistant reads your mail and calendar and tells you what needs you, what you promised and who has gone quiet. It drafts the replies and preps your meetings. You decide what gets sent.
What it does
01
One short brief each morning: what needs a reply, what you promised and when, and which conversations have gone quiet.
02
Drafts in your tone, saved to your Drafts folder. It never sends mail. You read it and send it yourself.
03
Before each meeting: who is coming, what is still open between you, a suggested agenda and public background on outside guests.
04
Newsletters archived and receipts filed, with your say-so. Anything it moves can be put back for 30 days.
05
It learns from what you reply to and what you dismiss. You can see everything it has learned and change any of it.
06
It works only on your own mailbox. Nobody else in your organization can see what it finds, admins included.
Ground rules
Replies and agendas are saved as drafts. Sending is always yours.
Your mail is used to do your work, never to train models.
Gmail or Outlook, with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
